Pashk Pervathi was born in Manati, Lezha, on February 27, 1958. He graduated from the High School of Culture in 1976 as "Mesues Vizatimi" (Drawing Teacher). In 1979 he participated for the first time in the National Exhibition with the landscape "Autumn in Manati". From this period he regularly participates in National Exhibitions. During 1986-1990 he studied at the Academy of Arts in Tirana in the field of Monumental Painting.

He is the author of 42 personal exhibitions of paintings in Albania and abroad.

On December 6, 2006, the President of the Republic of Albania decorated the painter Pashk Prvathi with "Naim Frashëri i Artë" (Golden Naim Frashëri) Order
In October 2010 he wins the "Abdurahim Buza" painting prize.
He is the winner of the "CULT" award by being announced by the "CULT" Academy as the 2011 VISUAL ARTIST for the best creativity in the visual arts.
On February 17, 2014 the winner of the 6th edition of the "Gursel Sulejmani" award is announced in Ferizaj, Kosovo.
In 2016 he is honored with "SPECIAL PRICE" by Kosova Art, for the results achieved at the Global Art Contest.
On December 28, 2016, the President of the Republic of Albania, awarded the "MJESHTER I MADH" (GREAT MASTER) Order..
On December 10, 2019 was announced the best artist of the north by the spectacle agency "Buna 1"
Today he lives and practices his creative activity in the city of Lezha
